Michele was extremely pleasant and helpful with the rental process. The facility is clean and appears well maintained.
Update: After posting this review, the owner personally reached out to explain the reasoning and expressed regret that things didn’t work out my way. I truly appreciate that level of professionalism and respect, it’s rare and worth acknowledging. It shows accountability and genuine customer care, even if the outcome didn’t go my way. My interaction with the staff has always been positive and professional. They work with you to make sure the right needs in storage.
I’ve witnessed a lady with long hair a few times be on the phone and saying nasty things, screaming and being loud and obnoxious … needs to be addressed , love this place but she just not ok :/
