Absolutely terrible. We rented a house from Snap Property Management and it was a terrible experience. I filled out the move in inspection sheet and noted the front door and multiple walls needed to be re painted, some broken lightbulbs, and a few other things. I was assured this would all be fixed. I specifically asked on the tour if the washer and dryer worked well and Scott said yes. Upon move in the washer and dryer were gone. They belonged to the previous tenants and I had to get my own. My husband and I rented from Snap Property Management. Overall, not a bad experience. But if you need to speak with them, good luck. We had a hard time getting responses back from them. They most definitely need to work on their communication skills.
