I needed a decent-sized document printed for study (300+ pages), and the awesome lady at the front desk (sorry, I forgot her name) was extremely helpful. She gave me a quote on the spot, gave me a few options, and advice on the best product for binding it all together. She made it incredibly easy, (and not every printer I've used has). The price was great too. Everyone was cheerful and smiling, so you know that there is a culture of customer service with people who care about their product.
Had a last minute print job and Snap Osborne Park did a great job, high quality and fast turnaround. Told me the cost beforehand and for a small print job the service was 100%. Would def recommend cos they took the time with me. Thanks!
Absolutely abominable lack of service. Two calls made with no response. If you are not able to quote on a job because it is either too small or you don’t have capacity then do the courteous thing and make a call. Shame on the office manager J.
