As a first time Mum, I had a very lovely experience. Was able to take my newborn to a safe environment away from the hospital to be seen the next day. Scott was incredible, he answered all our questions, gave us time and explained everything. Amazing place to go if you need urgent care but don’t want to go to the hospital! Thank you so much
Thank you Snap Paediatrics for your exceptional care when we needed it most! They were able to see our 11-month-old on very short notice, saving us a stressful trip to the ED. Dr. Nicole Bertram was fantastic—her calm and professional approach gave us peace of mind, and we left with a clear care plan and feeling reassured. A special mention as well to the lovely receptionist, who was so kind and accommodating. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend them for their dedication and expertise
Nicole and Scott are two awesome specialists that are highly knowledgeable. They both are great at dealing with children and also at providing information and reassurance to parents. If you have a young child that needs care and you want that extra level of expertise these are the people. You do not need a referral either. 11/10
What a fantastic service. I needed some advice and guidance with my child’s illness and was able to book an appointment the same day. With a week or longer time frames to see GP’s, this was an amazing fast option, with little to no waiting times when you are needing peace of mind. Dr Nicole was very thorough, kind and answered all my concerns. Highly recommend! What a much needed and valued service on the coast, very grateful.
Dr Natalie was lovely and great with kids. No waiting and efficient diagnosis and service. Lucky to have them on the coast given how hard it can be to get in to see a GP on an urgent basis.
