We were initially recommended to another paedician, but the service was so terrible (and the extended wait time was so long) that I got off the phone feeling even more stressed than I already was from worrying about my son's condition. I’m so impressed and grateful that the Snap urgent care service exists. Our sick toddler was seen acutely last week and our experience with the wonderful nurse practitioner (Bec) and Dr Scott was so thorough and reassuring. I feel very lucky to have been able to access this level of care with such little notice. What a great offering!
