I saw Todd Guille at the gas station. I went up to him and he was friendly and great. He exchanged my old vice grip wrench for a new one. Snap-on strongly backs up their lifetime warranty.

Not a terrible company to work for, they do however mandate a lot of Saturdays, and lately they’ve been having us fill out hour by hour production sheets, and we are expected to fill out EVERY single thing that made us miss hourly goal, even stuff that is a natural part of job, such as the occasional tool change. This is aside from the daily production we’ve always entered into computer, which is a bit time consuming. Snap-on tools is pretty amazing. They make a great line of tools and they are available by phone to answer questions. My husband, his dad, his grandpa, his brother, our nephews, our daughters, and myself have used and will continue to use Snap-on tools. I suspect that our grandson will be receiving his great great grandpa’s Snap-on toolbox full of a start up arrangement of appropriate tools for an 8 year old. He is ready for it now but 5 years old may be a little young.
