Reportando a un driver mal educado. Parqueado a media calle obstruyendo total mente el tráfico le pite . Me pito para atras saco el dedo de enmedio... me insulto de muchas maneras gritandome y diciendo me maldiciones y media enfrente de uno de sus clientes. Mi unica pregusnta fue porque sacas el dedo ?y eso basto para maldecirme una y otra ves... tengo su numero de unidad y su numero de placa pero por respeto a la compañía no lo posteo.. esto sucedio hace 5 mi en la ciudad de Wilmington ca. Sobre Anaheim st and Henry Ford.
Excellent and very honest Franchisee who goes above and beyond to immediately resolve any warranty issues a customer may have. Gerry is friendly and respectful to all of his customers including personal tool users. Other franchisees will lie to your face, never text/call you back, or will even block your number if you don’t have an account with them. I called them the other day the gentleman that answered was awesome. I told him about my first encounter with snap on which was 30 seconds before I called him. I told him my problem sent him picture of the issue.He looked and called me back after researching. He went over and beyond in his customer service. Keep up the great work.
