So disappointed with the quality of their wired loupe lights. Bought in 2023 and the wire thats connected to the light is already becoming disconnected and obviously once this happens light won’t work anymore. Regret buying my lights here, look elsewhere. 2 years warranty only. They want me to spend $180 for a new light or repair.
I can’t say enough good things about this dental loupes company. Their customer service alone sets them apart. The owner is incredibly passionate about his work and genuinely cares about those in the dental field, and that really shows in every interaction. I have been very happy with my loupes for the last 3 years. They have honored warranties when needed and when my light started to go out and I brought it to the convention, I got a new light at no charge because of being an honest customer. Thank you for the great service!

I bought my loupes about 2 years ago. Ergo loupes were a hard change for me but Ray kept working with me and adjusting/reworking my loupes until they were perfect. They offered payment plans and are way more affordable than the others I had looked at. They come with a light that is great, but I had a cordless light I liked. Ray adjusted my loupes so they would work with my light I loved so much. Leo sold me the loupes and he is so helpful when I was trying to decide what to get. Great customer service, warranty etc.
