I got my loupe light when I was still in school, over 10 years later the same light and battery pack are going strong! 💪🏽 I cannot recommend these products enough for durability, battery life, and customer service.
Someone just left a bad review. Let me share my experience with this company and loupes. The best loupes by far I ever tried. Duc Hyun the person below complaint about not getting a full refund. I ordered my loupes at Hinman (March) 2025 and ended up having to send them in for repair last October. I kept them wiped and delicately placed in their designated box — They were falling apart. The light housing broke off and one of the batteries was faulty. It wouldn't turn on even with a full charge, so I sent everything back. I didn't receive them until late January of 2026. The best light! They are awesome at FDC in Orlando. I met Ray (Dr. Nguyen) at the convention and he was so sweet, polite and very helpful and informative! Sent me a free battery and my friend who bought a light!
I recently purchased dental loupes from Snap ON Optics at the Hinman Dental Meeting in Atlanta. The owner (a fellow dentist) personally told me I would have a 45-day trial period with no restocking fee, unlike other companies. Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the purchase.
