I ordered my loupes at Hinman (March) 2025 and ended up having to send them in for repair last October. I kept them wiped and delicately placed in their designated box — They were falling apart. The light housing broke off and one of the batteries was faulty. It wouldn't turn on even with a full charge, so I sent everything back. I didn't receive them until late January of 2026. The best light! They are awesome at FDC in Orlando. I met Ray (Dr. Nguyen) at the convention and he was so sweet, polite and very helpful and informative! Sent me a free battery and my friend who bought a light!

I recently purchased dental loupes from Snap ON Optics at the Hinman Dental Meeting in Atlanta. The owner (a fellow dentist) personally told me I would have a 45-day trial period with no restocking fee, unlike other companies. Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the purchase. I'm a dentist. Got my ergo loupes from them last year at a conference where they measured me etc. Saw them again at the conference this year and convinced a colleague to consider them over the "big names." Takes some time for them to make them, but that's because in my experience they really make them with care. AND they stand behind their product. Phenomenal company. I can’t say enough great things about Snap On Optics. I’ve three other pair of loupes from very reputable companies, and my new ones from SOO are by far the best. Ray is the owner who truly cares about creating the very best products at an excellent price point.
