Phenomenal company. I can’t say enough great things about Snap On Optics. I’ve three other pair of loupes from very reputable companies, and my new ones from SOO are by far the best. Ray is the owner who truly cares about creating the very best products at an excellent price point. So disappointed with the quality of their wired loupe lights. Bought in 2023 and the wire thats connected to the light is already becoming disconnected and obviously once this happens light won’t work anymore. Regret buying my lights here, look elsewhere. 2 years warranty only. They want me to spend $180 for a new light or repair.
I can’t say enough good things about this dental loupes company. Their customer service alone sets them apart. The owner is incredibly passionate about his work and genuinely cares about those in the dental field, and that really shows in every interaction. I have been very happy with my loupes for the last 3 years. They have honored warranties when needed and when my light started to go out and I brought it to the convention, I got a new light at no charge because of being an honest customer. Thank you for the great service!
