If you are hit by someone who has this insurance like me, might as well go file a complaint with the Texas Board of Insurance or sue in small claims court! They will give you the run around and never return your phone calls! They’re just taking money from people who think they have insurance but when they have a claim it’s silence! They’re writing insurance for Home State County Mutual Insurance and you cannot get a hold of them either!
Bad service didn’t pay the claim I had to pay for it don’t recommend for anybody it’s to expensive and they can cut you off at anytime if you want to call them they never answer the phone
File a claim with Texas Department of Insurance for fraud and malfeasance. There is a pattern of trickery and bad will in not resolving the claims.
