I live in the Hub so this makes it so convenient for me!! I also have a great trainer named Megan who has been working with me for going on two months now. She is professional, and I get in there and work out and I’m out in 30 min! Unless I decide to do cardio of course lol. My point is that you don’t need to spend hours at the gym to get in a great workout. Who really has time for that? She kicks your butt and then I’m moving on with the rest of my day! Ask for Megan! This is a great gym and I highly recommend it! Matt is a great manager and personal trainer. He knows many members by name.
Matt is the bomb! Close enough to walk or run to, always clean and tidy and never to busy too get your workout in!
Love this gym! It's 24/7, and has all the equipment I want to work out with. The manager Matt is always very responsive, super nice & friendly! It's a great gym all-around.
I can only give five stars? Matt is worth seven all by himself! 24/7 spot, never overly crowded, and a great central location for bashing it out real quick before work or going out. 🔥🙌🔥
