A fantastic gym with a variety of equipment to use. The space is clean and well organized. Being open 24 hours helped me fit my workouts with my schedule and more night owl tendencies and I never had any issues with the gym being too crowded. The gym team is also great and very responsive. Jack was very helpful in making sure the gym had everything I was looking for before signing up and is friendly whenever we bumped into each other.

I have had some really negative experiences while I was a member of this gym. The owner is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met in my life. He told me to my face "I am not a psychologist, but there is something there" which as you can imagine I did not appreciate considering I struggled and still do struggle with mental health including depression and anxiety. Went here once wirh a membership from another snap fitness and was told "dont come here cause we dont make money off you.". Truely customer service at its best.

Snap Fitness in Markham is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to! The facility is always spotless, and the equipment is top-notch, making every workout a pleasure. A special kudos to David, the owner, who is incredibly hands-on, welcoming, and always makes you feel like part of the gym family. His attention to detail and genuine care for members really sets this gym apart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and friendly place to work out!
