What a wonderful amazing spacious clean tidy gym, with fantastic top of the range equipment to use. The staff and trainers are wonderful in creating such an inclusive environment for all. Love attending pilates reformer classes, with trainers Sally and Whitney they are both so wonderful and friendly. Especially Whitney always bringing such an amazing vibe, great music and encouraging us to push ourselves. She always has time for members. Thank you both for making reformer pilates fun!

Amazing gym I became like Bruce Lee in 2 weeks!!!
Amazing space and great facilities. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Particular shout out to my trainer Wayne. He’s taken me through my whole journey from induction to my first class and personal training. As someone who wasn’t comfortable being in a gym setting, he has really helped me overcome this. Highly recommend all aspects of the club.
