I've since moved to a different town and all of the gyms here SUCK in comparison. J&J, the owners, are awesome. The trainers are cool and fun. Everything from the equipment to the showers are kept exceptionally clean. I miss you guys

I had trained with Calista for 3 months, was my first time with a personal. She is so knowledgeable and I learned lot with her. She is kind and patient. Thanks darling

I want everyone to know that if they are looking for an AWESOME personal trainer to Book with Calista! She is so sweet but will kick your butt into the best shape you have ever been in! I started with her just a couple of months ago and im 11 weeks out to my competition and I cant believe how I look! Will keep her for my next show 100%

Snap Fitness in Leduc has a ton of equipment/free weights and tons of space to workout. Their personal trainer Nathan has helped me for the past 3 months. He's honestly given me my life back. He's helped me build up my upper back to take stress off of my lower back, and has guided me on properly lifting the weights to best build from a good foundation.
