Very professional, knowledgeable staff/trainers and it has every piece of equipment you'd need! Definitely a family when you go in.
Nice place, but the trash bins are always full and the paper towel dispenser empty most of the time. I tried to cancel or replace my card and the owner doesn’t answer I think she got mad and blocked me. I’m paying and I can’t even use the gym because I don’t have a card and she won’t answer me at all!! I saw a similar review, I emailed and called almost everyday, also I left messages on her voice mail and still no reply. Really unprofessional and petty of her part. Where can I call? A variety of equipment, routines and classes. I'm never bored and there's people to help you get a lot out of your workout. Especially like Zumba and Body Pump classes! Senior and Yoga classes here too.
Let me just start by saying we have been going here on and off for years, and up until the last 6 months, we loved having this membership. However, things have changed. The staff hours as well as their customer service skills are seriously lacking. We had been trying to cancel our membership for over 2 months but because staff is only there for a few hours a few days a week, we could never get there when we were not working. Brian does a great job with making a person feel at home. He is very patient with the Senior. He gives a free fitness class for Seniors on Wednesday at 11:00. I love going to Snap.
Chris the manager does a great job of keeping the gym clean. The equipment is top notch!!!! It is great to be able to go 24/7
Bill the manager is awesome. He does a great job keeping the gym maintained. He is also an incredible Personal Trainer and has a wealth of knowledge.
