We have been overcharged 4 out of the last 6 months. We have tried to reach out to you via phone (voice mail is always full) also stopped into the gym to resolve with no resolution! When stopping in we were told the owner would contact us.......Never happened. Please give us a call to correct the billing issues. 303-345-5075

This is probably the worst gym in the area. The gym is dirty and outdated and the staff is not friendly. It took me over 3 months to get in contact with someone to cancel my member ship, which was an unauthorized charge on my account. I would recommend Anytime fitness right across the street.

Hi Kevin! I'm so sorry to hear about your difficult experience with this club. We will be extending you a 3 month free membership to make up for the misunderstanding. There will be someone staffed there 3-7 Monday-Thursday to help with any further issues.
Have been trying to get in touch with someone for 3 months to cancel my fiances membership. I was told on the phone a few days ago someone would be in the building to let us fill out the termination paper from 11am-3:00pm we just went up there and guess what again no one working! Thinking about contacting an attorney since the payments still continue to come out of my account even though we have spoke on the phone with people they will not cancel the membership without the "paperwork".
Love the flexibility I have with them being open 24/7
