RecommendedGreat gym! Mike always has it clean, organized, and ready to use. I highly recommend it!
This is a smaller gym, but has everything you need, is very clean, and has fewer members (aka less crowded), which makes it WAY more desirable than a larger gym such as Club Fitness. I’ve met nothing but friendly people who lift there. Additionally, the gentleman who owns/works the place, is very knowledgeable and kind. I won’t go anywhere else now.
Love this place. Very clean, plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Started training with Mike, who pushes you and pays attention to what I’m doing making sure my form is correct, and pushing myself!
Great place to work out -- well equipped, very clean and full of friendly helpful people!

Mike is a great trainer that will go at your pace but push you further as well! I have enjoyed all my training with him
Mike was my personnel trainer for ten sessions. Great motivator and I actually lost an inch in my waist and 4 lis.
