It's a nice gym, I love it, only couple negatives, the treadmills badly need replacing or fixing, and for some odd reason, like most gyms, CNN is always on all tvs... Apparently they think people like being lied too while they work out? Idk... But over all great gym. I would recommend it... The CNN thing is the same at most gyms "maybe they pay the gyms?" and I'm sure they will fix the treadmills.

Don't be fooled by the promo. wasted an hour meeting with trainer, only to find out that $500 deposit was expected. Only get money back IF you meet your weight loss goal. Accountability is important, but $500 is crap!!

Don't EVER give this club access to your bank account or credit card. Don't EVER sign up for automatic withdrawl. This place is such a scam and the customer service is awful. They continue to pull funds out of my account over a month after I cancelled in person and they keep telling me it will be taken care of. The club owners are non-existent...you will never be able to talk to them to resolve your issues, but I think they are the real problem. Taking legal action seems to be the only option

Hello Shelley, on reviewing your account, we noticed that your cancellation notice was received on August 25 and is effective at the end of September (30 day notice). Also there was a refund processed on your account last Friday for the last change you did, it takes a couple of business days to reflect on your account. Let us know if you have any other questions.
The owners DO NOT keep the equipment in a state of repair!! For example, the scott bench needs to have to padding and cover replaced. It has been that way for several months and the bench is now covered with a towel!! The owners only care about your monthly fee.

Hello Charly, thank for your comment we value it. Someone teared off the pad on that bench this past week, it was found totally ripped on Thursday. Part has been ordered and should arrive in a couple of weeks at the most. That is the fastest turnaround time by the manufacturer. We hope you continue to enjoy your membership at Snap Fitness.

As a snap member, will never recommend this gym nor be back. I have never left a negative review before in my life. Starting back a couple years ago, my fiance had a membership. He had an extremely busy work schedule, so he could not come. He did not cancel nor freeze his membership, he just couldn't come, but continued to pay.
