Great gym , really enjoying Tai Chi& Yoga sessions Staff always super friendly
Joined about 3 weeks ago and already feeling the results! Classes are excellent and trainers are brilliant at showing and encouraging correct techniques!
Great equipment and friendly team.
Haven't been to a gym in a long time and everyone seemed welcoming and nice. Equipment is all new and other everyone focusing on themselves which is great. People are happy to share equipment between sets when it gets busy which was unexpected and nice.
Great facilities and friendly staff, highly recommended!
