No water fountain? Unheard of
When I tried canceling, they make you write a letter - I confirmed that letter was recieved and a month later they charged me and acted like I didn't give my cancel letter. Horrible management. Charged me months (two) of non-usage (confirm my attendance with key-fob) but did not care. He said it was their word versus my word and they were going to continue charging me.
