Employees are in Monday through Friday only. Weekends are reserved for members only. No one could possibly DENY Access because nobody working was there. Members are following instructions on the door not to let anyone in that is not a member This Gym is the BEST !!!
I stopped by this location today while it was pouring down rain because I was considering getting a membership. I had no idea this location requires a key card to enter unless an employee lets you in. What made this experience completely unacceptable was the fact that there was an employee inside the entire time. He clearly saw me struggling at the door and standing there reading the sign, and still chose to ignore me. He did not come to the door, did not acknowledge me, and made zero effort to help.
