This place is so nice! It looks small from outside but they have everything in there. Its nice and clean, equient is well maintained, nice change rooms and showers (including towel service). Was in sylvan for the week camping and it was super easy to use my snap membership at this location. The front desk staff (Kelsey) was very kind and welcoming. I wish this was my regular gym seriously.
Having just moved to Sylvan from the UK and looking for our first gym, options are limited. We arrived at 11.40 to take a look at Snap with a view to join but sadly, the reviews about lacking staff seem to be true. Doors locked even though the hours should be staffed and people were inside. No answer to the phone so I guess, rather annoyingly theres only one other option. Maybe I will try again after making an appointment.
Small gym with good variety of equipment. Very welcoming and friendly staff.
Great atmosphere, people aren't there to make you feel uncomfortable. Glad I came back and enjoy working out again
