Put in a written 30 notice to end my membership. Now a month later I am being charged $63 for a membership that was cancelled. Member services will not return calls or answer emails. Owners will not return calls.
Nice place but cardio equipment needs to be updated and TV's lowered so there's not so much strain on ones neck! ����

I love love love coming every day to Snap Fitness in Penn Yan. The staff is amazing and they can answer any question I have! I have been coming for 7 weeks and every morning Angelique is there and she helps with anything i need and pushes me when I need it. Awesome work team!!
