Were you a member in the past, like I was? Be prepared to have a new experience! Last year, the new owners expanded the gym, doubling their space to create a room for group classes. The gym is clean and well kept. In addition to all of the equipment, there is a changing room, three bathrooms, cubbies, lockers, and a filtered water refill station. We are so lucky too have this gym in our small town! Its great to work out close to home. I've been a member since it first opened. Bringing my son who suffered a severe spinal cord injury at the age of 19 leaving him a Quadriplegic. This gym gave him HOPE and purpose when so many other activities were taken from him. Im grateful the gym weathered COVID and a couple changes in ownership.
