I love this gym. Always clean, and they are always working to keep it fresh and updated. The staff is very friendly and approachable, feels like family!
If you want to walk on a treadmill or powerlift, there is something for everyone here... but that's not the best part...it's the people...and when I say that, it's the staff but also the members... we're here for one another. We care about each other's successes and struggles. I'm We know about their kids, dogs, break ups, celebrations and we push one another. I live 2 min from here.... I would love to meet a nice work out partner (male or female)... That have a lot of experience with working out and using the equipment... I don't go often because of my lack of knowledge with the equipment... thanks in advance
