Recommendedwas in from out of town doing some training at the ammo base, and the hotel I was staying at had their gym under construction so I had no where to work out. The manager was voery understanding of the problem and gave me a guest pass to get me through my debacle. Very clean gym, lots of heavy dumbbells, squat rack, and aerobics room. I would definitely recommend if I lived in Mcalester. thanks again to the manager for helping me, it meant a lot! 5 stars!
Great place . Friendly Staff very polite and always clean
Very nice and clean gym with a great atmosphere. The manager is very friendly and took the time to give me a thorough tour of the facility. The equipment is top of the line and I highly recommend this gym!
