Same as post before me. Quit in June and still being charged. Calls unanswered, main phone out of service, text messages in answered. Going through Credit Card company now as fraud charge. Stay away, tv,s and WiFi constantly off and the week I finally quit it was 77-81* in the gym for over 3 weeks. Again no answers as to if the ac was going to be fixed.

AVOID THIS GYM!!! No one here knows how to answer emails or calls. I joined and paid for a membership and went there during staffed hours and of course no one is there and I called about 6 times and sent 4 emails & even messaged them on Instagram. No answer. Avoid this gym. It’s a rip off and has horrible and non existent customer service. I just called my bank to get my money back and will be telling all my friends and clients to avoid this gym!!!
