I’ve been a member here since 2015. This is a great gym. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. All equipment is fully functional. A great feature is the 24 hour access, as well as access to all other Snap locations. Yes, sometimes, mechanical equipment breaks. When this happens, it is always fixed as soon as it can be. Nice clean place to workout, Staff is friendly and helpful.
This place is stealing money from my bank account after it was personally canceled. The NEW manager says she will not reimburse the money and refused to give me her name. A person named Jason was the one who canceled the account and took the card number off the account. Then, they continued to take out monthly dues after we moved to another town. These people are thieves!
