Mostly cable driven machines. Nice, clean full service facility. Friendly staff, open 24-7 with key. Most important to me, not overly crowded.

Great staff... I've been to quite a few gyms. I love the diversity of gym goers trainers and ENERGY!!!! AND in SHAPE staff!!

I had the pleasure of meeting DeNece one of their personal trainers, she is AWESOME!!!!!! I'm SORE all over but she gives me hope..... Lol I told her thank you was NOT even good enough, I can not ever repay her.. ;)
