The gym itself is fine. The management is pathetic. We recently joined and had a problem with our cards. The club manager had our cards for over a week to get this resolved and never did. We were never notified of the status and had to keep stopping by to check on any progress. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I'd be surprised if the Albany location stays in business given the non-response from their poor management. Steve Brown, Albany
I like it here . I have been a member off an on for a few years tried going to a few other gyms , the biggest reason I like snap is I already know most of the regulars an they don't get busy so I don't ever have to wait to use something . I'm giving them a 3 because I believe they should get some different equipment. I think they are missing a free weight leg press machine every gym needs one. Would also like to see some upgraded equipment in general alot of the stuff is falling apart cable machine will get stuck an not work... read more
Love the gym.. except the talking! Its like social hour & because of size & space its loud & almost unbearable..
I've gone to snap fitness for years love the vedios love the serious work out people they don't go there to socialise also its open 24 7,and holidays
What a JOKE of a company!! Their "manager" has no idea how to mange a gym and I'm pretty sure he knows nothing about working out!! They hire personal trainers and then don't pay them and accuse them of not having as many clients as they were stating and accusing them of never showing up to train people!! Sure their membership is cheap, but just like everything else... you get what you pay for!!!
