I just started here at Snap Fitness,, I am 59 and need to take my life back and do good for ME.. I enjoy it,, and I do feel better and watching what I eat is helping too... Come on out and have some fun..
I retired almost 3 years now, never been to a gym in my life, I'm 63 years old and been coming here about 3 months and I'm in better shape now than I was at 35. I love it here this is something that I should have been doing a long time ago, I started out the first month working out at least 5 nights a week sometimes 6 and then dropped down to 3 nights a week after getting into the shape that satisfied me, but I work hard at it and I don't give up, this has made me feel like a different person, I can do more around the house ... read more
