I joined Snap in February, as I started my quest to get fit this year. I love the personal attention I have received already, and the MyZone belt. It measures my effort every day and helps me keep track of how many calories I am burning. It helps me stay motivated and pushes my competitive side too. They have everything I need. So glad I joined!

Called with a concern, the man who answered the phone was rude, treated me like I was stupid and bothering him during his lunch break.
The boy on the front desk (Azim) is always very helpful, I enjoy coming and exercise and see my friends. All the staff is always ready to help and answer to my questions.
