I've been emailing, calling, and using messenger because my card isn't working and I haven't heard from anyone for 3 weeks but I'm still being charged. this place is ridiculous
Unresponsive to phone messages and emails.
I would have no complains but the marengo Location never has anyone there and I need to cancel we tried email voicemails

Hate that can't join in the morning. Not everyone's hours to use a gym are going to work late afternoon / evening
I happen to like working out at Snap Fitness. It's a great place. Some of the members are slobs and don't pick up or clean up after they use the equipment. Treat our club like your home. What you give in is what you get back, The staff is excellent. Thank you 😊
Since they hired Jessica the place is very clean and maintained well. I highly think everyone should sign up. Excellent work out 🏋 center. Some members need to clean as they go. Also, some members are slobs in the bathrooms. Clean up after yourself.
