Crooks. They say they cancelled and give you a paper signed that they cancelled but, in reality tour card is still on file. They are liars too. They'll tell you staff is not there but, they clearly are hiding in the back. They will keep charging you even after you cancel. The charges also don't show up on their screen but, they do show up on your bank acct as charged. No effort made to keep members. Customer service is awful and corporate never responds to complaints. I’ve been a member for over a year now and after some time away, I must say that upon returning, they have really made some improvements as far as cleanliness and the overall appearance of the place! Good job!
