The club is always clean and well equipped. The equipment is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Clean gym, friendly and helpful staff! I’m working with PT Jeff and am experiencing amazing results in a short time. I think personal training is key to accomplishing fitness goals and Jeff is the perfect trainer for me. He is sensitive to my physical issues (i.e. torn rotator cuff) yet pushes when I need it for overall results. I love Snap Fitness!
Snap fitness is a welcoming and very clean gym. Everyone is super friendly and are always willing to share the equipment.

The staff has no regards for girls and their safety. They tolerate severe and excessive bullying, from customers. The staff allows other members to verbally and physically assault other members. My husband and I both are switching to Peak right down the street for only $13 a month more (thats $6.50 each) we can work out in a better environment with unlimited variety of classes included. I love my gym! The best gym I’ve ever been apart of. It’s very clean which I love and the staff is great! I have made some awesome progress with the help of Matt Grogan and the bootcamps he puts on weekly!
My husband and I have been using Snap for several years now. The gym is decent HOWEVER when we went to move, we were NOT TOLD about having to cancel our membership 1 month early so we wouldn't be charged an additional month and originally we were told that we couldn't do it over email. I called the manager at the CDA snap and was told that I could do it over email, so I went about cancelling it effective the end of June because we wouldn't be there.
