I love Snap Fitness!!
Jocelin is a great trainer, she evaluated my knee problems and has devised a training program to help relieve the pain and the stiffness that I’m having with it. My knee has been improving ever since the second visit. Also, the manager Jacque Gaines is very good at what she does. The gym is clean, it’s welcoming ,and all of the equipment is well taken care of. She’s personable and you can tell that people enjoy going there, which reflects on her management of the facility as a whole.
Not a fantastic experience inside the gym facility or utilizing the child care room. I am only giving 2 stars because of Jane and Renae….. I have taken my kids a handful of times to the child care room and never had issue. We usually see Jane or Renae in the afternoon and they have been hands on ensuring they are friendly and are in control of the room. Last night they had a new (?) African American girl in the child care room and she was extremely off putting— not friendly, seemed irritated to even be there, and let the kid... read more
Jose was very proactive and help me get my gym membership through the a fitness program through Walmart.
