I just got a while new appreciation for the trainer. Having kids and trying to work out is TOUGH. Jeremy pitches in with a great attitude. He'll probably kill me for this. Lol
This is a great little gym. It is clean and has everything you need to get a great workout. I have been going now for about 4 months and have never had any issues. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere to work out that you can go any time of day that you would like.
Not A Good Experience My experience was over all a bad one. The gym is very small but has nice equipment and everything looked clean. There are no lockers or locker rooms. Two medium size, handicap accessible, bathrooms are provided. When I went to view the gym and discuss the terms of joining, Gina (who said she is the owner) was, at first, polite.
