My name is John Trowbridge. I've been going to Snapfit at Winfield for approximately six months now anywhere from four to six days a week. I love the place. Whenever I feel the need, it's always open. The employees are top notch friendly and always willing to help you with whatever your need may be. I lift weights for an hour and walk the treadmill for an hour. The two-hour workout has transformed me. I'm 69 years old and I feel better than I did in my fifties.
