The comstock park location is in great shape. The gym manager is great. He treats you as family when you walk in and he's always got an outgoing friendly attitude.
Best gym around! really relaxed environment, makes you feel at home. Great management and super clean. The kickboxing class is a great way to have fun while working out and learning a lot of useful kickboxing and boxing skills.
Machines are much more up to date than another local gym I once went to, place is clean, manager very friendly. No frills, but that is not what I am going for. Looking forward to exercise class for seniors.
