This gym is open 24hrs and the equipment is excellent for anyone wanting to get fit. Also it is always clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The Manager Liz is always happy to see you making you feel welcome. Definitely 5 stars place.
Snap fitness east and far east are mediocre. Employees are nice and manager liz is okay, a bit uptight IMO, the gym has potential but the owner is lazy and greedy. I see the staff cleaning with dated equipment and see the clubs deterioration, if only someone could buy them some new equipment. The owner also lies to members faces regarding facility upgrades like A/C and weights. I am in LOVE with my facility! Snap is impeccably clean thanks to their amazing staff which is CONSTANTLY cleaning, ALWAYS catering to their clients needs and concerns! I love their staff members Itzel, Liz, and Javier, they make you feel so comfortable and welcome as soon as you walk in the door! Snap fitness is the first gym where I've felt like family with their staff! Absolutely amazing team! Liz goes over and beyond with keeping the facility extra tidy! Thanks y'all for being amazing individuals ❤️❤️❤️
