RecommendedAlways clean, after hours is nice. People only talk if you want to talk. No one judges you, some reason that crowd already gets that I’m trying to lose 50 lbs and everyone is just happy people are trying, just like themselves. If you’re a guy who likes guy, like me, don’t get a male trainer. A.) They don’t take a genuine interest in your life. B.) you get made 25% of their time.
New member, love it so far. There have only been less then a handful of ppl each time I have gone. Clean and everything works
Glad to be back in a gym. 24 hrs makes it convenient to go from my second shift job to the gym. From everything I've seen it's clean music and tv are good volumes, if you don't like what's on wear headphones. Needs a power rack for me to stay a member got to get in squats, rack pulls and barbell bench press for me to stay a member, sorry the Smith machine doesn't cut it.
I just joined this gym Monday and have been there every day since!! I love it.. clean and never a wait for machines!!
It's a great place to work out. It's quite, very clean, and other members are very nice. I've not had any problems working out there not have I heard and major complaints about the facility.
I joined today in the East Aurora facility, I was impressed with what they had there. I'm looking forward to the location in Alden opening. The staff said that by mid March they should be open and will be doing some promotional work soon to get the word out.
