Okay, my daughter came in inquiring as to membership. The gentleman was very pleasant, although I wasn't there I was on the phone with her and asked why the membership was so high at $49.00 (for this price you get a key fob and 24/7 access). And the response was......"Maybe we're not the right gym for you", well maybe you aren't. I'm no stranger to gyms on or off military installations. The subtle notes of condescending attitude had me advising my daughter to remain at her current gym. We refuse to pay you and beg you.
Received a call today (while at work) asking me to come in and meet with someone in person to discuss what Snap Fitness has to offer. The representative who talked to me showed no customer service skills and was rather rude. Regardless of whatever "special rate" they are offering for signing up prior to opening, I couldn't see signing up with a place that does not attempt to understand and work with their clients.
Glen is a great guy! I'm excited about this new location and his vision for Snap Fitness. Kudos Glen, on your choice of Lift Brands as a partner.
