Cancelled my contract about 4 years ago. Got call tonight to pay $180 or i would be turned in to the credit reporting agencies... No prior phonecalls or letters were sent.... not one. Trust me... it's so EASY to sign up... just month to month! But... then they'll hit you by surprise 4 years later, you'll be dealing with this same issue.
I have the tan package but think about canceling the lay down bed can nevere get to come on and the stand up lots of bulbs blown needs to be fixed other than that the equipment is great

I've been working out here seasonally for three years. The facility is very clean and well staffed with a welcoming atmosphere. There are plenty of aerobic machines,free weights, TRX , etc.
Great family gym, really has everything you need from personal trainers to licensed massage therapists. A++ Recommend to all!!

I have never liked going to the gym but since I have joined Snap Fitness in Ionia I just love to go. A personal trainer has been my key to success. Thanks to Chauncey and now Tony I am getting stronger every day. Everyone out there is so friendly and the place is really clean. Which is a plus.
Tonight at Snap Fitness at 2056 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI I had the WORST customer service humanly possible from the owner! I was talked down to when I was trying to have a simple conversation. One of the employees messed up our membership apparently because the owner does not consider my roommates and I eligible for the "family plan" that the actual employee signed us up for!!!! Joined the gym due to ownership changes at old gym. When previous gym had new owners I went back to old gym. Called Snap Fitness in Trevor and told them I no longer needed the membership. They told me that I had to give them a 30 day notice, so I had to pay for the next month and that I would no longer be charged after that. I paid for the next month even though I did not need it. Months later, they were still billing my CC although I was told they would quit billing me the month after I contacted them. I disputed the charge... read more
