I love the owners! Melissa is a superb personal trainer! She is incredibly gifted at her trade! She is sweet, but gives a killer work out! I see results! The gym is clean and enjoyable! Great, friendly and respectful crowd of members that joined! I highly recommend this gym and the training they offer if looking for added help! I’m so happy our town offers a great place to workout such as this!
I was a member of Snap and when I asked to have my membership put on hold the owner was not nice about it at all. We had been friends for years and she did a complete turn around on me and was rude and gave me a hard time about putting my membership on hold. I will not be part of a business that treats there members like crap. So I decided to cancel my membership. Took several emails and texts to the owner to get her to cancel my membership. I am a US military veteran and absolutely cannot go to a business where someone who claims to be a manager there, joe mueller, goes on Facebook to post traitorous comments
