I have been member for 9 months and I want everyone to know there is not better facility in the area! Marion, the owner takes a sincere interest in getting to now his members and possesses a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and exercise. The other members are so supportive and encouraging, I truly enjoy everyone I workout with at the gym. I have belonged other gyms in the past but this is by far the best!!!
Convenient n great! Not big..just perfect size and not alot of people there at one time. I really like it!
I like it because it is local & right across the road from where I work. I go to workout after work with friends. :)
