jewel in Oakhurst Village Snap is a great concept-fast, clean, new equipment and amenities all within walking distance of my house and Oakhurst Village! Since it's a local gym, the vibe is really great-working out with your neighbors and friends who live nearby. Love this Gym! I agree with Kathy G., my experience with this gym has been great. The staff keeps the gym spotless and the equipment is really nice. If I had to rate the gym's staff in comparison to others, I would have to say they are very friendly and they even call me by my first name when I walk into the door. They offer tanning too - great for the white winters! :)
RUN, don't walk to Boot Camp at Snap Fitness It happened again last night. I ran into a friend at the beauty parlor I hadn't seen in a few months and she commented that I looked great (had I lost weight?). Well, yes! I'm on my third or fourth round of bootcamp with Sgt. great gym for personal training I have been a member of this gym since it opened and have enjoyed my experience. I actually followed my trainer, Kevin, there. I have been training with him for 3 years and have gotten excellent results.
oh my god..shut up! you're right, that bad review won't be available for long because it's completely wrong! I have been training with Kevin since last fall both in his boot camps and one on one. He's truly concerned with your goals and will do everything possible to get you there. He's given me menu plans and even sends motivational texts...and he's funny! (which helps the time FLY!) I've lost 25 lbs. and I feel great...and while Snap is great, Kevin is the reason I'm there.
Nice Gym 24/7 I really like this gym and the staff is really friendly. They have nice equipment, the place is always clean as a pin, and they have tanning. You should try them out. They are open 24/7 and their dues are really low.
Bad Experience My wife and I just rode by there this evening because we're looking for a gym in the neighborhood. We saw people inside and wanted to get some information on the gym. We knocked on the door and the staff person who opened it made it clear to us that the office closes at 8 (it was 8:30) and rudely explained that we needed to come back tomorrow if we needed some information. Bad attitude staff I am a boot camper and that premadonna Kevin drives me nuts. He usually has a bad attitude. The whole experience has turned me off from this gym. Most negative reviews are followed up by 10 positive reviews so I am sure this will not be visible long.
Very Pleased!! This is a great gym, their location is prime (was once a historical hospital) and the rates are low. The staff was very friendly to me and wasn't pushy at all - I am not sure about the anonymous poster's review of this gym I had the exact opposite experience. The gym is new and the equipment is all top-of-the line stuff. Tons of free weights, cardio, and strength machines. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for great gym. A+
