This gym is so convenient and affordable. The facility is always immaculate. Vince (the manager) always provides me with suggested workouts. All the equipment of a big gym without the gym atmosphere everyone hates. I think a lot of the poor reviews were submitted before the new owners and staff took over. I love this place!!!
Live behind Millstone and convenient...Vince has been very helpful love him as new owner from when we were members before.
