I love this gym. I have been a member since early 2014. Staff is amazing and helpful. I love the classes that are led by 3Five Training. All are welcome to come to class and every level is appreciated. Ryan really believes in each and every person and what they can do. I can say that I have gained much strength and confidence inside and out. I’m grateful for this place!!
We thought snap was very good and it had a lot to offer. We have been members since they opened, but recently decided to switch. We communicated that We wanted to end our membership and no one even batted an eye. It makes us feel as if we really didn't matter to the business and it's unfortunate when people act as if your business doesn't matter. It's not a bad gym, it just needs better management.

Correspondence via text on a private cell is not the contracted way to cancel a membership. However, due to your recent change in membership status you were set to cancel at the end of the month regardless. Thank you for the time you spent as a member.
