The 1 star is because of the new equipment and thats it. I've been a memeber of Snap Fitness for a few years and the convience of the group is great. I have been waiting for one in my home town for a while. What a HUGE let down. Place is small and congested. The worst part about this facility is the owner. The owner is the same as the one on Lake Michigna Drive. This guy is a JERK. This has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. He was rude to my wife and extremly rude to me.
