A great gym and great staff. From the personal attention to the variety of training options, it has it all. Knowledgeable trainers who actually personalize training instead of the cookie cutter copie and paste their programs. The addition of Lance and his skill set is a definite bonus too!
This gym is great! I like the fact that it’s got a lot of options as far as workouts go & also like the fact that’s conveniently located on my way home from work!! The staff are Awesome! And I would recommend to anyone looking for a good but not oversized gym to come by and see What I’m talking about!!��
I love that not many people are here all at the same time. It’s quiet, but everyone is respectful of each other while working out . The staff are polite and friendly. I recommend this gym if you don’t want to pay an enrollment fee or an annual fee. The only things you do pay for are, the monthly membership, and the access card to get started.
