The website for the Holyoke location boasts group classes and my zone. There are definitely no group classes and there's a giant poster on the wall that also says, ask staff about my zone and staff doesn't know anything about it. They do however, still want the same price even though they don't offer the amenities they claim on the website. The snap fitness app wants you to connect to the my zone they don't offer. I’ve been a member of this gym for over a year and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The 24-hour access was incredibly convenient for my schedule. I even recommended it to many friends and family. Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn recently, when I was accused of opening the emergency exit and triggering the alarm, which was not the case.
