Applied for the gym a while ago and at the time I had used a card that didn't have money on it during application. As I went to put money on the card I changed my mind and clicked off the site. I had not set up any automatic payment and the membership wasn’t confirmed or indicated so on the site before I had clicked off the site. The website for the Holyoke location boasts group classes and my zone. There are definitely no group classes and there's a giant poster on the wall that also says, ask staff about my zone and staff doesn't know anything about it. They do however, still want the same price even though they don't offer the amenities they claim on the website. The snap fitness app wants you to connect to the my zone they don't offer. I’ve been a member of this gym for over a year and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The 24-hour access was incredibly convenient for my schedule. I even recommended it to many friends and family. Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn recently, when I was accused of opening the emergency exit and triggering the alarm, which was not the case.
