I love the atmosphere it is friendly. I feel a peace of mind when I work out. People are friendly, it feel like a community. The manager is awesome he knows your name always make me feel welcome!!.

My experience has been exceptionally pleasant. I thoroughly enjoy working out at this gym because of the extremely non-intimidating atmosphere that is set and cultivated by David, the gym Manager. He is friendly and personable and takes pride in his gym by being available and keeping it clean. I am looking forward to maintaining my membership with this gym for a very long time.
It's very small and private, it's not usually packed like other gyms, very convenient! Great place for a workout!
Nice and quiet place. I like it a lot during the later hours.
